What is the structure of the seal and the seals commonly used in cylinders?
The factors affecting the performance of various seals are different. For example, mechanical seals (filler seals, etc.) have factors such as temperature, medium, wear and pressure.
For different purposes, the seals are roughly classified as follows:
1. Classification by function: divided into shaft seal, hole seal, dust seal, guide ring, fixed seal, rotary seal;
2. Classified by material: divided into rubber, polyurethane, engineering plastics, etc.
1, piston rod seal: piston rod dust + piston rod seal (the two can be combined into one, become one, which is also more commonly used), piston rod buffer, piston rod guide support ring;
2, piston seal: piston seal (generally 2 U-shaped), piston guide ring (generally 1 in the middle of the two piston seal), the buffer at the end of the piston;
3, other static seals, located in the end cover, a few above the cylinder, the requirements are not high.
