1, daily stainless steel valve maintenance Before installation, should carefully check the type of valve used, the specifications are consistent with the design;

2, according to the model of the valve and the manufacturer's manual check the control of the valve can be applied under the required conditions;

3. When the valve is hoisted, the rope should be tied to the flange connection between the valve body and the valve cover, and do not squat on the hand wheel or the valve stem, so as to avoid damage to the valve stem and the hand wheel;

4. When installing the valve on the horizontal pipeline, the valve stem should be vertically upward, and the valve stem is not allowed to be installed downwards;

5, when installing the valve, it is not allowed to use the forced connection method of pulling the hard disk to avoid damage due to uneven force;

6, open-minded gate valve should not be installed in the humid underground, so as to avoid valve stem corrosion.
