Description of the components of the turbine flowmeter

There are four main types of turbine flowmeter sensors. They are gas turbine flowmeter sensors, reverse thrust turbine flow sensors, thrust turbine flow sensors, and tangential turbine flow sensors.
Gas turbine flowmeter sensors, the density of the gas is much smaller than the liquid density, the fluid pushing torque is small, and the gas flow sensor and the liquid flow sensor are significantly different in structural parameters. To increase the radius of the hub, reduce the cross-sectional area of the flow path, so that the flow rate of the air flow is increased and concentrated through the edge of the blade. Because of the high flow velocity, blades with smaller angles of attack are used. Generally, to reduce the frictional resistance torque, a rolling bearing is used, and a lubricant is injected into the bearing system. It can wash away particles on the bearing surface and extend bearing life. The porous oil storage chamber can continuously supply oil to the bearing during the replacement of the lubricant. The gas turbine flowmeter sensor display device has an additional gas volume compensator, and the compensator converts the actual volume flow measured by the sensor into a volume flow rate under standard conditions by pressure and temperature.
Thrust type turbine flow sensor. The structure of this type of product adopts plane or spherical point contact. The contact point coincides with the sensor axis. The advantage of point contact is that the friction torque is small and can be used for lower lower limit flow, but the wear is serious at high flow rate. . The bearing is flat. This type of structure is only used for small-diameter (DN ≤ 15mm) sensors, which is characterized by high sensitivity.
The reverse thrust turbine flow sensor has a reverse thrust structure that allows the impeller to float in a certain flow range, no contact points in the axial direction, no end face friction and wear, and can extend the service life.
Tangential turbine flow sensor is a turbine flow sensor for micro flow measurement. The fluid flows through the tangential direction of the impeller and impacts its blades to rotate. Since the measured flow rate is small, in order to increase the momentum of the fluid to the impeller, a nozzle is installed at the inlet, and the nozzle aperture can be replaced to adjust the flow range. The rotational speed of the impeller is detected by photoelectric method to avoid reluctance torque such as magnetoresistance.
Turbine flowmeters are speed flowmeters, also known as impeller flowmeters. It is one of the more mature high-precision instruments in current flow meters. Then, the turbine flowmeter is made up of several components.
Turbine flowmeters generally consist of the following five parts. The first is the body. The material of the body is generally steel or cast, and the ends are flanged. The small diameter gauge also has a threaded interface. The second is the component of the measurement. The turbine flowmeter can also use an external lubricant pump to lubricate the bearing, but be careful not to overdo it. The third is the counter, and important information is displayed on the counter panel. The fourth is a rectifier, which is used to make the fluid flow through the turbine flowmeter in a regular state, thereby eliminating the disturbance and having no adverse effect on the metering. The fifth is a magnetically coupled transmission device that separates the counter portion in the atmosphere from the gas being measured and transmits the rotation of the measuring assembly to the counter.
