Electromagnetic flowmeter debugging period problem analysis introduction

The analysis of problems in the flowmeter during metering can be divided into several aspects. The electromagnetic flowmeter is also the same. The analysis of the problems caused by the operation of the electromagnetic flowmeter can be divided into: debugging period problem, operation period problem, pipeline system and Caused by the installation, etc., caused by the environment, caused by the flow of water and so on.
Common debugging problems are mainly caused by improper installation, environmental interference, and media characteristics:
1, piping systems and equipment, etc.
      Usually, the problem is caused by the incorrect position of the electromagnetic flow sensor device. For example, the flow sensor is installed at a high point of the pipe network that tends to accumulate the retained gas; after the flow sensor, there is no back pressure, and the liquid is discharged into the atmosphere, forming a non-standard inside the measuring tube. Full pipe; installed on vertical pipes flowing from top to bottom, may appear empty.
2, the environmental aspects
     Mainly due to pipeline stray current interference, space electromagnetic wave interference, large motor magnetic field interference. Pipe stray current interference usually adopts good separate grounding maintenance to obtain the centroid metering. However, if there is strong stray current in the pipeline (such as the electrolysis workshop pipeline), it may not be restrained, and the flow sensor and the pipeline must be taken. Space electromagnetic wave interference - usually introduced by signal cable, usually maintained by single or multi-layer shielding, but it has also been prevented from being shielded and maintained.
3. Inner wall adhesion layer
     Since the electromagnetic flowmeter measures the time of containing the suspended solid phase or the dirty body much more than other flow meters, the probability of occurrence of the problem of the inner wall adhesion layer is relatively high. Therefore, the application unit must recognize the importance of setting up the lightning protection equipment for the power supply line of the control room.
4. Measuring media
    The liquid containing the average dispersed fine bubbles usually does not affect the normal metering, but the measured volume flow is the sum of the liquid and the gas; the increase of the bubble will shake the output signal, if the bubble is large enough to flow through the electrode to cover the entire surface of the electrode, so that the electrode signal When the loop is momentarily disconnected, the output signal will produce more shaking.
