Liquid turbine flowmeter installation precautions introduction

The following points should be noted when installing a liquid turbine flow meter in industrial equipment:
1. At the beginning of use, the sensor should be slowly filled with liquid, and the sensor should not be subjected to high-speed fluid when it is in a liquid-free state.
2. When using, keep the liquid to be tested clean and free of impurities such as fibers and particles.
3. The transmission cable of the sensor can be laid overhead or buried (the iron pipe should be placed when buried)
4. When the sensor is not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned, and a protective cover is added at both ends of the sensor to prevent the dust from entering, and then stored in a dry place.
5. Blow or hand the impeller in the sensor installation port to make it rotate quickly to see if there is any display. Install the sensor when there is a display. If there is no display, check the relevant parts and troubleshoot.
6. The maintenance period of the sensor is generally half a year. When cleaning and cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts inside the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. Please be optimistic about the positional relationship between the guide and the impeller during assembly.
7. Regular cleaning when used. When not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned. As with the sensor, add a dust jacket and store it in a dry place.
