Differential pressure transmitter output is too low or too high Solution Description

When the differential pressure flowmeter (V-cone flowmeter) is applied in the field, it often encounters such problems, but the reason is that if the installation is correct, the main problem is the secondary differential pressure. On the transmitter, the following mainly introduces you to the main inspections when these problems occur.
1. Differential pressure transmitter output is too low
The main reason is that the positive pressure tube is leaking or blocked, the differential pressure transmitter is too large, and the flow in the pipeline is too small. For the general measurement of fluid, leakage or blockage of the pressure guiding tube is impossible. The normal occurrence of this phenomenon is on-site measurement of gas or medium containing impurities. As long as we check the pressure guiding tube, remove the blockage, adjust the differential pressure transmitter. Range and adjust process flow.
2. Output differential pressure is too high
The main reason is the opposite of the above. You can refer to the above solutions one by one.
3. The output differential pressure is unstable and the fluctuation is large.
The installation direction is not correct. The influence of the upper and lower valve disturbances and the elbow on other flow blocking members is the most influential to the throttling element. This requires us to adjust the process or change the installation location.
