Application description of flowmeter in measuring pump flow
The test method of pump flow can be divided into four categories: volumetric method, mass method, throttling device or flow ten method and vacuum vessel method. Considering the accuracy requirements and price factors of the measurement, the test system uses the turbine flow transmitter to measure the flow of the pump. The advantages of the turbine flowmeter are simple structure, convenient and reliable operation, moderate price and star accuracy of 0.5. Considering that the flow range of the reciprocating pump under test is very different (2-600L/min), one flow meter cannot cover the entire measurement range. The system has three internal diameters of 6mm, 1smm and 50mn in parallel on the measuring line. It is a Class 1 turbine flow transmitter. The corresponding metric measurement ranges are 2-10 L/min, 10-1 OOL/min, and 100-600 L/min, respectively. The output signal of the transmitter is a standard 4-20 mA current signal. The 4-20mA signal current is converted to a 15V voltage signal through a precision resistor of 25 and sent to a computer data acquisition card. The pump outlet pressure is measured by three pressure transmitters with a precision of 2, and the corresponding pressure measurement ranges are O-35MPa and O-2OMPa, respectively, to meet the requirements of different pressure pump measurement ranges. The output signal of the pressure transmitter is also a 4-20 mA current signal.
