Electromagnetic flowmeter batch (quantitative) control function introduction

There are two kinds of quantitative control of electromagnetic flowmeter:
1. Each time it is measured according to a fixed set amount, when a required amount arrives, a switch signal is given to a specific actuator, and the actuator is opened again next time.
2. Let the medium flowing in the pipeline maintain a fixed flow and run stably. When the flow rate is large, the control actuator adjusts the small flow, and the flow hour controls the actuator to increase the flow.
Main parameters and settings.
First, the interface signal
a) Batch (quantitative) control uses AH and COM terminal input signals. When two terminals are short-circuited (switch is closed), the total control amount (ΣS) is cleared, and the response time is 300ms. That is, the user should give a time width greater than 300 ms control signal.
b) Batch control uses the AL terminal as the output control signal, and the common end of the signal is COM.
Second, the parameter settings
When using the batch control function, the user should set the parameter in the parameter setting, “control total value” parameter, the value should be the value of the total control point, and the value can be set up to 59999 “special explanation, the value is 59999, not a single A unit value of 59999m3 or 59999L, but represents 59999 significant digits is the last five digits of the control total ΣS, so the user needs special attention when setting, the value is set reasonable." When the total amount of control (ΣS) When this value is reached, the AL output is low.
Third, the operation control
The user first uses the AH input control terminal to clear the control total (ΣS). [If the switch remains closed, the total control (ΣS) is cleared], at this time, AL is in the high state (switch is on). If the AH input control terminal inputs a high level (the switch is turned on), the total control amount (ΣS) starts to accumulate. When the set value is reached, the AL output is low level (the switch is closed), and the control of one cycle is completed.
Fourth, with the communication software for L-Mag-P-51, batch control communication in the single-machine communication
Command communication. When the total amount of control is cleared, the total control time and value begin to accumulate. When the value set by the control total is reached, the total control time and value are stopped.
