[rubber products] three molding methods

Rubber products are a widely used product and are now almost everywhere in our lives. In the production of rubber products, it is common to use calenders or extruders to press rubber into prefabricated items of various shapes and sizes. This process is known as molding. There are 3 molding methods:
1. Calendering: This method is generally used to make simple sheet and plate products. The compounded rubber is pressed into a film of a certain shape and a certain size by a calender, and this forming method is called a calendering method.
2, extrusion molding: generally used to more complex rubber products, such as tire treads, hoses, metal wire surface coating, etc. to suppress. This method involves placing a plastic compound with a certain plasticity in the extruder hopper. The compound in the hopper then passes through a variety of templates under the pressure of an internal screw and is then made into various products.
3, molding: used to create some of the complex shape of the goods, such as leather bowls, rubber seals and other products. This method uses the molded yin and yang molds, and then the sizing material is placed in a mold for heat forming to produce a finished product.
