How to correctly check the electromagnetic flowmeter

When using an electromagnetic flowmeter, the previous inspection must be done.

First, we need to check whether the medium in the measuring tube is full, whether there is any scaling on the lining of the flow meter and the electrode of the flow meter, and whether all the cable connections of the flow meter are reliable.
Then check the medium in the piping system installed by the flowmeter for leaks, whether the upstream and downstream valves will have influence, whether the flowmeter installation position is suitable, and whether the flowmeter grounding requirements meet the requirements. It is best to check whether the flowmeter excitation coil is short-circuited or Open circuit, whether it is insulated to the ground, or whether the surrounding environment interferes with the flowmeter.
When carrying out routine maintenance, it should be noted that when the electromagnetic flowmeter measures the sewage flow rate, it is often found that the measured medium is easy to adhere or scale on the inner wall of the electrode and the measuring tube, and the inner wall and the electrode of the measuring tube must be cleaned periodically, and the flow meter cannot be made.
