Electromagnetic flowmeter market is widely introduced
The electromagnetic flowmeter is a meter for measuring the volumetric flow rate of a conductive liquid according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. It measures flow in fluids with laminar flow, turbulence, pulsating flow, and streamline vibration. Due to its smooth measuring tube, small pressure loss, wide measuring range and sensitive response, it can obtain a signal proportional to the flow rate. In addition, its measuring tube has no dead angle and is easy to clean and sterilize. Therefore, it is used for special sanitary requirements. Widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Since the discovery of the law of electromagnetic induction in Faraday in 1831, he expected to use the Earth's geomagnetic field to measure the tides and flows of the Thames waters in the United Kingdom, but the test failed in three days. This is also the first test of an electromagnetic flowmeter in the world.
Basic Features:
Electromagnetic flowmeters have the following main advantages:
(1) The inner diameter of the transmitter of the electromagnetic flowmeter is exactly the same as the inner diameter of the pipe to be tested, and there is no resistance component, which avoids the problem that the type flowmeter such as turbine, target type, differential pressure and the like loses energy due to large pressure loss.
(2) It can measure the corrosive and suspended solid-liquid two-way flow. There are no moving parts inside the instrument. The parts in contact with the liquid to be tested are the inner liner and the electrode. Their materials can be selected according to the nature of the liquid to be tested.
(3) The output of the electromagnetic flowmetertransmitter is an electrical signal proportional to the flow rate of the measured liquid, which not only facilitates measurement, but also ensures that the system output signal (analog DC current, voltage, pulse frequency or analog air pressure) and volume flow rate are The linear relationship, so the display instrument does not need to take the scale linearization measures, which is not only easy to use with the computer, but also to improve the accuracy of the flow calculation value.
(4) The range of range variation is theoretically infinite, and the instrument output signal is linear with the volumetric flow rate. The range conversion is easy, so the electromagnetic flowmeter can be made into a multi-range and range automatic switching instrument.
(5) Measurement accuracy and stability of electromagnetic flowmeters With the rationalization and integration of measurement lines, the application of microprocessors, especially the application of microprocessors, significantly improves the accuracy and anti-interference ability of electromagnetic flowmeters.
(6) Because the electromagnetic flowmeter is sensitive to the longitudinal velocity component of the fluid and is not sensitive to the circulation, the straight pipe section before and after the flowmeter is required to be shorter than the other flowmeters.
(7) The electromagnetic flowmeter is sensitive and can measure the flow of fluid in the forward and reverse directions. It can be used to measure the pulsating flow, and its output signal is suitable as the flow signal of the automatic regulation system.
(8) The measurable pipe diameter range is wider than other types of flow meters, from a few millimeters to 3 meters.
(9) The volumetric flow rate of the fluid is measured by an electromagnetic flowmeter, and is not affected by parameters such as temperature, pressure, density, viscosity of the fluid.
Electromagnetic flowmeters can be divided into: intelligent electromagnetic flowmeters, split electromagnetic flowmeters, plug-in electromagnetic flowmeters, which are mainly used to measure the volumetric flow in conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipes. It includes highly corrosive liquids such as acids, bases, and salts. The product is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmaceutical, paper and other industries as well as environmental protection, municipal management, water conservancy construction and other fields.
