Magnetic float level gauge composition and installation and maintenance
Liquid level gauge products have a very wide range of applications in our lives. I don't know if you have been exposed to magnetic float level gauges in daily life. Magnetic float level gauges are used in various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical vessels and boilers. Such devices have a wide range of applications for media level detection. Below we will talk about the composition and installation and maintenance of the magnetic float level gauge. The magnetic float level gauge consists of the on-site indication part and its auxiliary devices (level control switch and liquid level remote transmission transmitter). The user can also select the on-site indication part separately. The meter can be used for media level detection in a variety of towers, tanks, tanks, ball vessels and boilers. This series of level gauges can be highly sealed, leak proof and suitable for high temperature, high pressure and corrosion resistant applications. Magnetic float level gauge installation and maintenance 1. The magnetic float level gauge must be vertical to ensure that the magnetic float moves up and down in the main pipe; 2. A shut-off valve should be installed between the magnetic float level gauge and the container to cut off the material during cleaning and overhaul; 3. The magnetic float liquid level gauge does not allow the proximity of the magnets around the cylinder, otherwise it will directly affect the normal operation of the liquid level gauge; 4. After the magnetic float level gauge is installed, it needs to be corrected by magnetic steel, and the magnetic flip column of the display panel is guided once, so that the red is below the zero position and the white is displayed above the zero position; 5. When loading the float, it should be noted that the heavy end has a magnetic end that is upward and cannot be inverted; 6. There should be no solid impurities and magnetic impurities in the magnetic float level gauge cylinder to avoid jamming and weakening buoyancy on the float; 7. According to the medium condition, the main conduit can be cleaned regularly to remove impurities in the pipeline; 8. If the user uses the heat tracing pipeline on site, the non-magnetic material must be selected; 9. Steam tracing: steam is introduced from the top and discharged at the bottom.
