How to use electromagnetic flowmeter to correctly measure sewage introduction

Matters needing attention when using electromagnetic flowmeter for sewage flow measurement
Electromagnetic flowmeters generally do not require routine maintenance for the measurement of wastewater. However, when the measured medium is likely to adhere or foul on the inner wall of the electrode and the measuring tube, the inner wall and the electrode of the measuring tube must be cleaned regularly. Care must be taken not to damage the lining and electrodes of the flowmeter. When the electromagnetic flowmeter that measures the sewage is faulty, please refer to the following table to find, analyze the cause and eliminate the fault one by one:

1. Measure whether the medium in the tube is full, whether the lining of the flow meter and the electrode of the flow meter are fouled;

2. Whether all the cable connections of the flowmeter are reliable;

3. Whether the flowmeter grounding requirements are met;

4. Whether the flowmeter excitation coil is short-circuited or open circuit, and whether it is insulated to the ground;

5. Whether the medium in the pipe system installed in the flowmeter leaks, whether the upstream and downstream valves have an influence, and whether the flowmeter installation position is suitable;

6. Whether the surrounding environment interferes with the flowmeter;

7. Is the converter of the electromagnetic flowmeter for sewage water malfunctioning?
