What might happen when the electromagnetic flowmeter is working

The electromagnetic flowmeter is a flow meter with high precision, high reliability and long service life. The fluid to be tested should not contain more ferromagnetic substances or bubbles. The pressure level, lining material, electrode material and instrument structure should be selected according to the temperature, pressure, corrosion and wear properties of the fluid to be tested.
Common faults can be roughly divided into two categories: faults during commissioning (installation is not in place), faults that occur during normal operation.
The main problem in installation: the sensor is installed at the highest point of the piping that is easy to accumulate gas.
    Installed on a vertical tube from top to bottom, some emptying may occur. The back pressure of the sensor, the fluid is directly discharged into a large tube to form a non-full tube inside the measuring tube.
      If you think from the environmental point of view, it is mainly the stray current interference of the pipeline, the strong electromagnetic wave interference in the space, and the magnetic field interference of the large motor. Pipe stray current interference can usually take good separate grounding protection. However, if strong stray current is encountered, additional measures and flow sensors should be used to insulate the pipeline. Space electromagnetic interference is usually introduced through the signal cable, usually in single or multiple layers. Layer shielding is protected.
If small bubbles appear in the electromagnetic flowmeter, when the bubble is larger, the output signal of the meter will fluctuate. When the base bubble is large enough to cover the entire electrode surface, the output signal appears when the bubble circuit flows through the electrode and the electrode circuit is instantaneously disconnected. Larger fluctuations, if it is to measure the mixed medium, the flow sensor is measured before the mixing is not uniform, and the output signal will also fluctuate.
