Introduction of solenoid valve
The operation principle of solenoid valve, a closed cavity in the solenoid valve, open holes in different azimuth, each hole leading to the different oil pipe, the center of the cavity is the valve, the double side is two electromagnets, which the magnet coil body will be attracted to the side, through the manipulation of the valve movement to file or leaks out the different rows. The hole in the oil, and the oil hole is often open, the hydraulic oil will enter the different exhaust pipe, and then through the pressure of oil to advance the oil rigid piston, the piston also drives the piston rod, the piston rod drives the mechanical equipment. So manipulating the current of the electromagnet controls mechanical movement.
Classification:
The electromagnetic valves at home and abroad are divided into three major categories (i.e., direct moving, stepwise direct motion, and pilot), and the differences in the valve structure and the data are divided into six branches (direct moving diaphragm structure, stepwise heavy slice structure, pilot membrane structure, direct moving piston structure, and stepwise direct piston structure). The solenoid valve is divided into single electronic control and double control, which refers to the number of electromagnetic coils. Single coil is called single electronic control, double coil is called double control, 2 bit 2 pass, 2 bits and 3 pass is usually single electronic control (Dan Xianquan), 2 position 4, 2 bit 5 can be single electronic control (Dan Xianquan), and also can be double electric control (double coil).

Six, according to the operating voltage is not the same as: AC voltage: AC220V 380V 110V 24V; DC voltage: DC24V 12V 6V 220V; commonly used voltage is AC220V DC24V, recommended users try to choose common voltage, special voltage supply cycle longer.
Seven, according to the protection level of solenoid valves can be divided into: explosion-proof, waterproof, outdoor type and so on.
From the principle:
Direct actuated solenoid valve:
Principle: when electrifying, electromagnetic coil produces electromagnetic force to lift closed parts from the seat and open the valve; when the power is broken, the electromagnetic force is out of sight, the tension spring puts the seal on the seat and the valve is closed.
Features: it can work normally in vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure, but the path usually does not exceed 25mm.
