How to judge the correct introduction of the electromagnetic flowmeter installation environment

Check the surrounding environment of the electromagnetic flowmeter to see if there is a new strong electromagnetic field device nearby or a new installed wire across the meter.
First, the sensor installation environment selection:
(1) It should be avoided as much as possible in places where the ambient temperature is too high. The integrated structure of the electromagnetic flowmeter is also subject to the ambient temperature of the electronic components, which is lower.
(2) The sensor should be installed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture, water and flooding, and should avoid direct sunlight and direct rain.
(3) There should be no strong leakage current on the pipeline where the sensor is installed. It should be kept away from equipment with strong electromagnetic field, such as large electromechanical and large transformers, so as to avoid electromagnetic field interference;
(4) There should be no strong vibrations on the pipes or floors where the sensors are installed, especially integrated instruments;
(5) The location where the sensor is installed should take into account the space on site for maintenance.
Second, the choice of converter installation environment
(1) The ambient temperature is between -10 and 45 °C;
(2) The relative humidity of the air is ≤ 85%;
(3) There is no strong vibration at the installation site;
(4) The surrounding air does not contain corrosive gases;
(5) The converter should be installed indoors as much as possible. When installing outdoors, measures against sun and rain should also be taken.
Third, the installation notes:
(1) The installation direction of the electromagnetic flowmeter can be horizontal, vertical or inclined, and is not restricted;
(2) measuring the vertical installation of solid-liquid two-phase fluid, flowing from bottom to top;
(3) When installing horizontally, make the electrode axis parallel to the horizon, not perpendicular to the horizon;
(4) The electromagnetic flowmeter should not be installed at the high point or top of the piping system;
(5) The installation of the electromagnetic flowmeter should also be avoided or away from the downstream of the mixing point of the two different conductivity liquids.
(6) There should be sufficient space near the flowmeter for installation and maintenance;
(7) If the measuring pipe has vibration, there should be a fixed support on both sides of the flowmeter.
The electromagnetic flowmeter is a shaped velocity flowmeter that measures the flow velocity of a medium using the principle of electromagnetic induction. It is widely used in the measurement of industrial conductive fluid flow. Like other instruments, electromagnetic flowmeters have relatively stringent requirements in terms of installation environment.
