Electromagnetic flowmeter quantitative control function introduction
Is the electromagnetic flowmeter just a measuring flow meter? To achieve quantitative control, it is necessary to cooperate with other instruments and valves. Let's talk about some conventional matching methods. The electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure the flow rate, and sends the flow signal to the controller. The flow controller can set a signal to the regulating valve to close when the instantaneous flow rate reaches a certain value. It is also possible to set the cumulative flow rate to a certain value for quantitative control. The electromagnetic flowmeter has good application effect in liquid medium measurement, accurate measurement, long use time and less failure. It can be metered only if the liquid has a certain conductivity.
The electromagnetic flowmeter can be used with any flow totalizer, or it can directly send signals to PLC and computer. . Main functions of electromagnetic flowmeter: flow lower limit setting, flow upper limit setting, flow lower limit alarm, flow upper limit alarm, small signal cutoff function, range setting, pipeline empty pipe alarm, instrument fault alarm, output: pulse signal, output current signal. Flow lower limit setting function: It is mainly used in some special places. When the flow rate is lower than the set value, an alarm is issued, and the operator closes the valve or shuts down the pump as needed. Flow upper limit setting function: When the upper limit of flow rate is set and the flow rate exceeds the upper limit value, we can usually adjust the valve switch appropriately. Small signal ablation function: It is mainly used in some places to have some interference. We use the small signal cut function setting to ignore small interference signals. The electromagnetic flowmeter can also be used for batch control. When the batch control function is used, the instrument has a built-in batch controller, which can be used for filling and feeding processes to perform fixed-value batch control. If you don't need too much cost, we can also use the most stupid method, as long as the flow meter has a cumulative function, let an operator stand in front of the flow meter, press the button to stop the pump every time the set value is reached. This operation is also very reliable.
