Rubber lining
The rubber lining has good elasticity and wear resistance and is resistant to impact. It is widely used to measure water, industrial water, wastewater, sewage, pulp, mud, fiber pulp and other media. The applicable operating temperature is -20 ° C ~ +60 ° C. Applicable pipe diameter range DN50~2200. It can also be subdivided into two types: neoprene and urethane. Neoprene has better wear resistance and is resistant to generally low concentrations of acids and bases. Polyurethane rubber has excellent wear resistance, but it is poor in acid and alkali resistance.

2. PTFE PTFE lining
The PTFE PTFE lining has excellent heat and acid resistance and alkali resistance, and the surface is smooth and not easy to adhere. It has high temperature resistance and does not deform under high temperature. He is also non-sticky, can't bond with other substances, and has a smooth surface. Therefore, the viscosity is relatively large, such as syrup or a crusting medium such as alumina. Strong corrosive media (sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid), medium with higher temperature, or hygienic type, food grade can choose PTFE-lined electromagnetic flowmeter. Temperature resistance range -30 ° C ~ +180 ° C.

3. Teflon lining
The Teflon-lined electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for high pressure applications and is also corrosion resistant. The chemical properties are slightly inferior to the Teflon lining. The temperature can reach +120 °C.
