Fault treatment method for pneumatic ball valve
Pneumatic ball valve is driven by compressed air, and the ball can rotate the ball 90 degrees to achieve full open close operation. Seat form: T, F, C type. The auxiliary accessories include air filter pressure reducing valve, limit switch and reversing solenoid valve. The main function of the air filtration pressure reducing valve is to stabilize the pressure and filter impurities and moisture in the air. The fault often occurs when the valve is used for a certain time is air leakage. The following is a brief introduction to the common faults of the pneumatic ball valve and the corresponding maintenance methods. For air ball valve leakage, the following are common: 1. the leakage of the solenoid valve on the cylinder may be due to the high air pressure in the pressure reducing valve. 2. the vent of the cylinder is leaking because of the aging phenomenon of the sealing ring of the two moving parts inside the cylinder and the sealing part of the cylinder block. High pressure solenoid valve The upper and lower air leakage of the 3. cylinder is due to the effect that the seal ring of the actuator and the cylinder is not sealed because of the frequent activity of its actuator. 4. in addition to the 3 above, there is another condition that may also cause the cylinder to leak, that is, the spring damage in the cylinder, which may not be in place because the force is not in place. Corresponding solutions: 1. replace the sealing ring of the actuator. 2. replace the seal ring at the cylinder. 3., adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 3-5 kilograms, or separate the ventilation valve at the lower part of the solenoid valve for several times, and sometimes need to replace the solenoid valve.
