It can be seen from the calculation of the power consumption data in the table that the additional operation cost of the orifice plate is extremely high, and the operation cost of the electromagnetic flowmeter is zero! (5) The orifice plate ensures the precision with the acute angle of the inner hole, so it is sensitive to corrosion, abrasion, scaling and dirt. It is difficult to ensure the long-term use accuracy.
