I. Overview
The energy metering work carried out by enterprises with electromagnetic flowmeters is an important technical foundation for the modernization and scientific management of enterprises. Steam is one of the important secondary energy sources and is widely used. It is usually used as a power source (power generation). Use) or heating medium (heating, dry operation, insulation, etc.). The former is generally superheated steam, the latter mostly saturated steam. Superheated steam is a single-phase medium, and the metering problem is basically solved. The saturated steam is a two-phase medium of gas-water mixture, and its flow condition is relatively complicated, and there is no suitable instrument available. Therefore, it is often the case that gas production is innumerable and consumes a lot of energy, resulting in a great waste of energy. According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 200,000 industrial pots (small boilers) used to produce saturated steam, and the consumption of coal is about 200 million tons per year, accounting for about one-third of the national coal production. Saturated steam gauges to strengthen the steam energy management, saving steam consumption is of great significance. In recent years, the various departments of use and instrument manufacturers throughout the country have given great attention to this issue, and the development of saturated steam flowmeter. In the process of developing and producing flowmeters, it is deeply felt that a saturated steam flow standard device must be established, which is a necessary premise for carrying out this work.
Second, the structure principle of saturated vapor flow standard device
How the device works
The working principle of the device is shown in Figure 7-34. The device consists of four main parts.
1. Saturated vapor generator (thousand adjustment system)
The superheated steam is generated by the boiler 1, and after being stabilized by the regulating system 2, it is metered by the differential pressure electromagnetic flowmeter 3 (orifice meter) and then enters the gas-water mixer 6, and the cold water sent from the water pump 4 in the mixer After mixing (the combined water meter is used to check the side of the flow meter 5), and then detected by the orifice flow meter 8, enter the distribution container 9, and then go to the measuring pipeline. The proportion of the gas water stick is adjusted according to the dryness requirement, the mixer The front pressure setting system is mainly to stabilize the standard ugly flow.
2. Waiting for school (check) steam electromagnetic flowmeter measurement and piping system
According to the requirements of the submersible electromagnetic flowmeter verification, the pipeline is set up, such as 50, 80, 100, etc. The vapor passes through the shut-off valve 10 to the length of the straight pipe section configured with the verification flowmeter, and the pipe clamper 12 for loading and unloading the flowmeter 11, and An on-line dry meter that monitors and measures fluids in thousands of degrees. The device uses two types of dryness meter, vertical venturi dryness meter and horizontal orifice dryness meter, which can verify each other to better understand the change of dryness during the flow.
3. Passing standard system
The sonic nozzle 14 or the venturi nozzle is used as the transmission standard. In order to increase the measurement range of the flow rate and improve the accuracy of the measurement, a standard table parallel combination method is adopted.
4. Measurement assurance system
The metrology assurance system includes a condenser 16, a cooling water system and a water flow standard ugly (including a commutator 17, a weighing container and a scale 18, a bypass container 19 and a photoelectric pulse signal generator 20, and a time measuring, console). The metrology assurance system is a system that guarantees the accuracy of the standard transmission. It is only used for calibration transmission standards and periodic verification. The general verification steam flowmeter is no longer used.
