Overview of the installation and commissioning of pneumatic control valves and points of attention

Pneumatic control valves are sometimes called pneumatic control valves. They use cylinders as actuators and are widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgical and other industries. The pneumatic control valve should be stored in a dry room and the ends of the passage must be blocked. The following is a brief introduction to the installation, commissioning and attention of the pneumatic control valve:
First, the working environment temperature should be (-30 ~ +60) relative humidity is not more than 95% 95%, relative humidity is not more than 95%;
Second, the front and rear positions should have a straight pipe section, the length of the pipe is not less than 10 times the diameter (10D), to avoid the straight pipe section of the valve is too short and affect the flow characteristics;
Third, between the installation of the valve, first read the instruction manual. The instruction manual describes the product and the safety precautions and precautions that should be observed before and during installation;
4. Confirm pipeline cleaning: Foreign matter in the pipeline may damage the sealing surface of the valve or even hinder the movement of the spool, ball or disc, causing the valve not to close properly. In order to reduce the possibility of a dangerous situation, all pipes must be cleaned before installing the valve;
5. Carefully inspect the regulating valve: Before installation, inspect and remove all shipping stops, protective plugs or covers on the surface of the gasket, and inspect the inside of the valve body to ensure that no foreign matter is present;
6. The regulating valve should be installed on the horizontal pipe and vertically above and below the pipe. It should be supported under the valve to ensure stability and reliability. For special occasions, the regulator valve should also be supported when the regulator valve is to be installed horizontally on a vertical pipe. When installing, avoid adding additional stress to the pneumatic control valve;
7. Ensure that there is sufficient space above and below the pneumatic regulator to easily remove the actuator or spool during inspection and maintenance. For flanged valve bodies, ensure that the flange faces are accurately aligned to make the gasket surfaces evenly contact. After the flanges are centered, gently tighten the bolts and finally tighten the bolts in a staggered pattern.
Pneumatic adjustment can be basically divided into two types according to its action mode: straight stroke and angular stroke.
