How can we avoid the solenoid valve coil burned due to overheating?

If the solenoid valve coil is in a state of high temperature for a long period of time, it will be quite unfavorable for the equipment and it will be burned. If it is serious, it will also cause a safety accident. For this, people need to pay more attention to it and actively prevent accidents.
When the coil of the solenoid valve is in working condition (power on), the iron core is sucked in to form a closed magnetic circuit. That is, when the inductance is in the maximum state of design. The heat is normal, but the iron core can not pull in smoothly when the power is on, the inductance of the coil is reduced, the impedance is reduced, and the current is increased accordingly. As a result, the coil current is too large and the service life is affected. Therefore, the oil contamination, impurities, deformation, etc. make the core activity obstructed. When the power is turned on, it is slow to move, and it cannot even be fully pulled in and out. When the coil is energized, it is often in a condition where the impedance is less than normal. This is the factor that causes the coil to heat up.
Solution:
1. In order to avoid overheating of the electromagnetic valve coil, a multi-hydraulic check valve is required for maintenance, and the inner wall is reground. The site that has been aged should also be promptly replaced. This can ensure the sensitivity of the work.
2. The electromagnetic start valve needs to be modified. The main method is to remove the inner spring so that the gravity of the spool can provide gravity. This not only effectively reduces the water pressure on the solenoid coil, but also Extend the service life of sealing parts.
For the overheating phenomenon of the electromagnetic valve coil, people must actively avoid it, otherwise it will cause serious consequences.
