Analyze the difference between the rotary joint and the ferrule joint, how to install?

The rotary joint is distinguished from the ferrule joint;
The ferrule type pipe joint is composed of three parts: a joint body, a ferrule, and a nut. When the ferrule and the nut sleeve are inserted into the joint body on the steel pipe, when the nut is tightened, the outer side of the front end of the ferrule fits the taper surface of the joint body, and the inner edge evenly bites into the seamless steel pipe to form an effective seal.
The W-column end of the 24° cone is in accordance with DIN 3861. The card holder is double-edged.
Normally, the joint body and the nut surface are galvanized. The working pressure of the joint is up to 63 MPa, and the outer diameter of the seamless steel pipe is up to 42 mm.
Assembly of swivel joints and ferrule joints:
installation
1 Saw a suitable length of seamless steel pipe to remove burrs at the port. The end face of the pipe should be perpendicular to the axis with an angular tolerance of no more than 0.5°. If the pipe needs to be bent, the length of the straight section from the end face of the pipe to the curved portion must not be less than three times the length of the nut.
2 Put the nut and the ferrule on the seamless steel pipe. Pay attention to the direction of the nut and the ferrule. Do not reverse it.
3 Apply lubricant to the pre-assembled joint body threads and ferrules, insert the tube into the joint body, and tighten the nut by hand.
4 Tighten the nut until the ferrule catches the tube. This turning point can be felt by the increase in tightening torque.
5 After reaching the pressure point, tighten the compression nut 1/2 turn.
6 Remove the pre-assembled joint body and check the embedding of the ferrule edge. The visible protruding strip must fill the space of the ferrule end face. The ferrule can be rotated slightly but not axially.
7 Final installation, apply the lubricating oil and the compression nut to the thread of the joint body in actual installation until the sensible tightening force increases. Then tighten the 1/2 turn and install it.
Repeat the installation:
All ferrule fittings can be reassembled multiple times, but the parts are guaranteed to be undamaged and clean.
1 Insert the tube into the connector body until the ferrule is in close contact with the tapered surface of the connector and tighten the nut by hand.
2 Tighten the nut with a wrench until the tightening torque increases sharply, and then tighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
an examination:
The tube can be removed to check if the assembly is satisfactory: there should be a uniform slight projection on the tube at the end of the ferrule. The ferrule cannot slide back and forth, but allows slight rotation.
Reason for leakage:
1 The tube is not inserted.
2 The nut is not tightened.
3 The pipe is scratched or the pipe is not round.
4 The tube is too hard.
