Electromagnetic coil inspection rules:
First, electromagnetic coil inspection classification
Electromagnetic coil inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
1, factory inspection
The electromagnetic coil should be factory tested before leaving the factory. Factory inspection is divided into mandatory inspection items and sampling inspection items.
2, type inspection
1 The product should be type tested in any of the following situations:
a) When new products are trial-produced;
b) When the structure, materials, and processes have undergone major changes after the production may affect the performance of the product;
c) Stop production for more than one year and resume production;
d) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection result and the type test;
e) When the quality supervision agency makes a request.

Second, the electromagnetic coil sampling plan
1. 100% inspection of mandatory inspection items.
2. Sampling inspection items shall be randomly selected from all qualified products of the mandatory inspection projects, among which the sampling quantity of the power line tensile test shall be 0.5‰, but not less than 1; the sampling plans for other sampling projects shall be implemented according to the following table.

Third, the electromagnetic coil rules
Solenoid determination rules are as follows:
a) Any mandatory item does not meet the requirements, the product is unqualified;
b) All mandatory inspections and sampling inspections meet the requirements and the batch of products is qualified;
c) If the sampling inspection project is unqualified, double sampling inspection shall be carried out on this project; if the double sampling product meets all requirements, except for the first inspection of unqualified products, the batch of products shall be qualified; if the double sampling inspection still fails, The project shall be subject to a full inspection of the batch of products and reject the unqualified products. If the power line pull test failed, directly determine the batch of products failed. The coils after the power cord pull test are scrapped.
