1, API specifications
As we all know, API609 has in fact become an international specification for valves used in industrially important pipelines. Tritec is fully designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the latest 1997 edition of the API609 specification. What's more, Tritec's basic design is not limited to API specifications, BS5155 ANSI B 16.34, ASME SEC VIII and other major specifications, which guarantees Tritec has its place in all industrial fields.
Double safety construction
Tritec strictly follows the specifications of API609, to prevent deformation of the disc caused by fluid pressure and temperature, misalignment of the valve stem, engagement of the sealing surface, and two independent thrust rings on the lower side of the disc. Thereby ensuring the normal operation of the valve under any working conditions;
At the same time, in order to prevent the sudden failure of the valve stem caused by the unknown cause, the valve stem fly-out prevention mechanism is designed in the inner and outer parts of the lower end of the valve, which also guarantees the pressure level of Tritec from the side. Dead zone design
In the design process, Tritec specially considered the application problems in the regulation field, fully utilized the sealing principle of the triple eccentric butterfly valve, and realized that the butterfly does not scrape the valve seat when the valve is switched, and the torque of the valve stem is directly transmitted to the seal through the butterfly plate. There is almost no friction between the butterfly plate and the valve seat, which eliminates the common jumping phenomenon of opening the ordinary valve, and eliminates the control caused by various unstable factors such as friction in the low opening range of the valve. It can't be a phenomenon, that is, it eliminates the dead zone (not feeling), which means that Tritec can enter the controllable area from 0 degrees to 90 degrees, its normal regulation ratio is more than 2 times that of the general butterfly valve, and the regulation ratio is the highest. Can be as high as 100:1 or more. This creates good conditions for Tritec to be used as a regulating valve, especially at large diameters, where the cost of the shut-off valve is extremely high, and in addition, the shut-off valve cannot achieve zero leakage. In the case of emergency shut-off, the shut-off valve must be The side of the side is equipped with a shut-off valve, and Tritec is a combination of regulation and shutdown, and its economic benefits are extremely impressive.
Body seat construction
The three eccentric butterfly valve has two types of valve seat mounting structures, most of which are mounted on the butterfly plate for convenience, but Tritec uses a body valve seat structure to mount the valve seat on the body. The advantage is that compared with the butterfly seat, the chance of the valve seat directly contacting the medium is greatly reduced, thereby reducing the degree of erosion of the valve seat and prolonging the service life of the valve seat.
Thin layer valve seat structure

This structure can effectively prevent the influence of tiny solids in the medium and the sealing surface of the sealing surface caused by thermal expansion. Balanced fixed structure
Starting from the shape characteristics of the sealing surface of the triple eccentric butterfly valve, Tritec's sealing sub-fixing method adopts the bolt-shaped elliptical distribution to fix, not only the positioning is accurate, but also makes each bolt balance the force and eliminates the uneven distribution of stress. The sealing pair is loose and leaks.
