The magnetic flap level gauge has the characteristics of easy installation and use, but there are still some details in the installation to avoid damage to the instrument caused by improper installation, which affects the performance of the instrument. The following is a detailed introduction to the magnetic flap. Precautions for installation and adjustment of the level gauge. 1. After the user receives the magnetic flap level gauge, the user should first check the packaging quality of the product. The package should be intact and the mark should be clear. If the package has obvious damage, you should contact the storage and transportation department to find out the problem and responsibility and contact Shanghai Shuozhou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. If the package is not damaged, etc., you can unpack the product and check the integrity of the product. The instrument can be easily tested if necessary. The detection steps are as follows: 1. Remove the float chamber flange and insert the float into the float chamber in the upward direction of the arrow (the upper part of the magnetic steel in the float), reinstall the float chamber flange, pay attention to the gasket and evenly tighten it;
2. The flange of the liquid level gauge is blocked, and the clean water is slowly injected into the float chamber from the upper flange. If the indicator should have liquid level indication and it is sensitive and does not jump, the liquid level gauge shows normal;
3. If the indicator is a tracking indicator, the indicator tool magnet can be used to attract the indicator float to couple with the magnetic float in the float chamber (float indicator) or to attract the indicator from bottom to top with magnetic steel to make it correct. 2. When the magnetic flap level gauge is installed, it should be handled gently so as not to affect your use. The following steps can be taken when installing the mechanical part:
1. Connect the connecting flange (or thread) of the level gauge to the corresponding flange (or thread) on the equipment. Install the necessary sealing device (such as a gasket) on the joint surface of the process connection, and then fix the meter. In the flange of the device;
2. When the instrument is installed on the pressure vessel, the pressure test should be carried out together with the container according to the relevant regulations, that is, the water pressure test after 1.25 times working pressure and the airtightness test of 1.05 times working pressure, and it can be put into use after confirming that there is no leakage;
3. Note that when the experimental pressure exceeds 1.25 times the working pressure of the instrument, the float should be taken out of the float chamber. After the water pressure test is passed, the float is placed in the float chamber to perform an air tightness test of no more than 1.05 times the working pressure of the instrument;
4. The installation of the top-mounted instrument should first install the float rod assembly, move the float ball by hand, simulate the liquid level change, and the indicator should be able to operate normally. When the instrument is installed, first insert the float rod assembly into the main body tube through the instrument flange hole, push and pull the float ball to move the magnetostatic device up and down, and then observe whether the display panel (indicator) is normal. After confirming that the level gauge is working properly, connect the flange of the level gauge to the flange on the equipment.
3. The magnetic flap level gauge with liquid level transmitter (electric signal remote transmission) should use the spare tool magnet to attract the magnetic float movement in the float chamber and simulate the liquid level change to detect whether the liquid level transmitter works. normal. For explosion-proof instruments, not only the working state parameters of the transmitter but also the explosion-proof performance of the detector (such as the strength of the explosion-proof casing, coating, sealing, etc.) must be detected. In addition:
a. The connecting cable between the level gauge transmitter and the associated equipment is a two-core shielded cable, and the cable core cross-section should be no less than 0.5mm. The shield of the cable should be grounded in a safe place.
b. When installing the instrument with explosion-proof requirements, the user must abide by the “Electrical Safety Regulations for Hazardous Locations in the People's Republic of China (Trial)”; maintenance must be carried out in a safe place. The power must be switched off during installation and maintenance. After confirming that the power is off, open the instrument junction box. The ground terminal on the instrument's junction box must be connected to a reliable ground. During the adjustment and use, care should be taken to protect the explosion-proof threaded joint surface on the instrument junction box, and there must be no scratches or collisions.
c. After the on-site display part of the instrument is put into operation, after connecting the remote transmission, cover the instrument junction box and confirm the power supply after sealing. Observe the liquid level value of the digital display. If the liquid level value of the remote transmission is inconsistent with the liquid level value displayed on the spot, you can loosen the hose clamp and adjust the upper and lower positions of the transmitter to the same level. Then tighten the hose clamp.
d. The level gauge with alarm switch has an alarm switch as a passive dry contact switch. The switch can be roughly divided into normally open, normally closed, self-maintaining, etc., and a single-pole double-throw switch can also be made according to the needs of the user. The level gauge controller (alarm point) of this level gauge is mainly used to control small power loads (relays, contactors, etc.). Cannot be used to directly control high-power loads (such as motors, etc.) Note: Switch type and switch capacity are in accordance with the contract.
