Guided wave radar level gauge is correctly installed and used

The composition of the guided wave radar level gauge
It consists of three parts:
1, as a measuring cable for the cable and its process connection,
2. Electronic components for converting the level signal into a 4-20 mA signal
3. The adjustment module PLICSCOM for setting and displaying internal parameters,
4. A secondary instrument showing the measured value.
1 Installation technical requirements
1.1 Sensor installation
1) When selecting the installation position, the sensor is required to be >300mm away from the installation in the container. When the instrument is working, the measuring probe should not be in contact with the installation object and the container wall. The side load on the probe should not be too large, so the sensor should be installed in an undisturbed position, that is, farther away from the inlet. It is investigated that the installation position of the original powder level meter is suitable for the installation conditions of the powder level meter. In the application of the powder bin in our factory, because the medium in the bin does not fluctuate, it is relatively stable, and the end of the cable probe does not need to be fixed.
