The instrumentation of the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry is very extensive, and temperature, pressure, liquid level, flow rate, etc. need to be measured and controlled. For example, the liquid level meter can be used to detect the position of the cold coal in the evaporator or condenser of the central air conditioning unit, and also to detect the cold coal height in the reservoir of the barrel pump unit. The detection products include a magnetostrictive level gauge, a capacitor continuous level gauge, a magnetic float type level gauge, and the like. These position data are processed by the system to precisely control the opening of the expansion valve, making the unit more stable and energy efficient.
The small float switch and photoelectric switch can detect the oil level of the compressor oil and see if the compressor return oil is normal, thus protecting the normal operation of the compressor.
