Common Faults and Causes of Electromagnetic Pulse Valves
The common fault phenomenon and reason of electromagnetic pulse valve:
1, electromagnetic pulse valve input electrical signal, the first head does not move, the diaphragm does not move, the valve does not work. The line does not pass
The main reason is that the voltage is too low; due to improper installation at the site, the pilot head is stuck.
2、Electromagnetic pulse valve input electrical signal, the pilot head moves in place, pulse valve can not be blown
The main reason is that the discharge hole is blocked and the exhaust gas is not smooth, and the pilot head moves the column to have a card phenomenon.
3、Electromagnetic pulse valve input electric signal, the diaphragm beats in place, the pulse valve can not be sprayed
Main reasons: The pilot head moves in the bouncing, large diaphragm damping hole wear becomes larger, the damping effect becomes smaller; small diaphragm damping hole is blocked, unloading exhaust is not smooth.
4, the electromagnetic pulse valve electrical signal disappears, the pilot head can not be reset
The main reason: There are burrs or impurities, etc., so that moving the column stuck; spring fatigue, lack of elasticity; damping hole plugging, pressure gas over or low pressure.
