Why do you like heating when the solenoid is energized?

It is well known that as long as the electromagnetic coil is energized, it will generate heat, but in the end, the electromagnetic coil is hot. The following small series will be analyzed from two aspects.
     1. For a DC electromagnet, the temperature drop of the energized coil is secondary to the energy consumed by the resistance of the coil being converted into heat, which causes the temperature of the wire to decrease.
     2. For the exchange of electromagnets, in addition to the heating temperature rise caused by the resistance of the coil itself, there is also a cause, that is, the heating of the iron core, the alternating magnetic field generates an induced current in the iron core, and the current consumes part of the electric energy, causing Iron core heating (induction cooker is to use this principle to reduce the temperature of the iron bottom of the pot), because the coil is wound around the iron core, heat is transferred to the coil, so that the coil temperature is lowered, in order to amplify the induced current (eddy current) loss of the iron core The exchange electromagnet, like the transformer, should be made of insulated silicon steel sheets as the iron core to amplify the loss and reduce the temperature rise.
     The electromagnetic coil of the electromagnet is in the normal range if the temperature rises to about 40 degrees after continuous energization for a long time.
