Primary type
1. Small fixed inductors: Small fixed inductors are usually wound directly on the core with an enameled wire. They are mainly used in circuits such as filtering, vibration, notching, and postponing. They are available in both hermetic and non-sealed packages. In both ways, both styles have both vertical and horizontal layouts.
1. Vertical sealed fixed inductors Vertical sealed fixed inductors use the same-direction pins. There are series of inductors such as LG and LG2. The inductance is 0.1-2200μH (straight on the housing), and the operating current is extra. It is 0.05-1.6A, and the error scale is 5%-10%. Imported TDK series color code inductors, the inductance of which is marked with the color point on the outside of the inductor.
2. Horizontal seal fixed inductors Horizontal seal fixed inductors use axial type pins, domestically produced LG1, LGA, LGX series. The inductance of the LG1 series inductors is 0.1-22000μH (straight on the housing), the extra operating current is 0.05-1.6A, and the error scale is 5%-10%. The LGA series inductors are designed in an ultra-small layout and are similar in appearance to 1/2W color ring resistors. The inductance scale is 0.22~100μH (marked on the housing with a color ring), and the extra current is 0.09-0.4A. The LGX series color code inductors are also available in a small package layout with an inductance scale of 0.1-10000μH and a nominal current of 50mA, 150mA, 300mA and 1.6A.
