Product Usage: 
 Pneumatic pinch valve is suitable for medium: cement, silo, sand, mineral materials, limestone, soil, marl, mortar, pulp and so on. Pinch valves are suitable for a wide range of pneumatic conveying systems, including cement silos, pigment and pellet processing, ceramics, glass and plastics industries, wastewater treatment, pharmaceuticals, food industry and winemaking. In addition, the pinch valve is also widely used in dosing systems and weighing systems, powder coating equipment, vacuum toilet systems, vacuum conveying systems, suction and compressed air control systems.

The pneumatic pinch valve control is realized by the reversing valve (two-position three-way), and the transmission path between the reversing valve and the pinch valve should be as short as possible. Direct installation is recommended. In order for the valve to open and close quickly, the following minimum air flow is recommended:
-DN10 to DN25=NW4mm-DN200=NmWm 13mm
-DN32 to DN150=VW6mm-DN250=NmWm13mm

Safety Precautions:
1. Before replacing the inner bushing, cleaning the pinch valve, or performing any other operation on the pipe valve, be sure to turn off the air supply and disconnect the near gas.
2. When the pinch valve is in operation, be sure to keep body parts, tools or other special parts in contact with it.
3. Know and follow the instructions in the safety data sheet before the valve comes into contact with the transport medium/product.
4. When the medium is transported at a high temperature, do not touch the pinch valve (there is a risk of burns)
5. Allow the pinch valve to be removed only when the unit has been turned off and in a no-pressure condition.
6. In order to prevent the maximum allowable working pressure/control pressure overload of the pinch valve, a pressure limiter and a safety valve shall be installed in the equipment.
7. Unstable gas, can not be used as working medium.
8. Please note that there is a possibility of static electricity generated by the applied medium or the environment in which the pinch valve is applied.
9. Select the material of the pinch valve, in addition to the service life of the valve itself, but also consider the driving components (gas circuit control, solenoid valve, etc.), once the inner bushing is damaged, the medium may enter the control circuit.
To ensure that the pinch valve opens quickly, we recommend installing the quick-release exhaust valve directly at the port fitting of the valve body. When designing the equipment configuration, it should be considered to install a pressure switch between the pinch valve and the reversing valve to adjust the opening pressure and closing pressure of the inner bushing. The pressure switch regulator provides timely monitoring of various fault conditions (cracks, holes) in the inner bushing and allows for the replacement of new inner bushings in a timely manner. If the pinch valve is used in a vacuum system (negative pressure greater than 100 mbar), pressure equalization must be applied between the control gas side and the medium flow. The method is to connect the vent hole of the reversing valve to the medium flow via a vacuum pump.
