Five-valve installation and product structure description

Five valve group product commissioning:
Open the balance valve to ensure the pressure equalization of the positive and negative pressure chambers to avoid single-load overload of the diaphragm. Open the sampling valve on the negative pressure side to introduce the measured medium into the positive and negative pressure chambers. Open the exhaust drain valve (4) on the negative pressure side; remove the air inside the pressure guide tube. When the medium is a liquid, close the valve when the liquid flows out. The gas should be closed for 15 seconds. Close the sampling valve on the negative pressure side (1); block the medium on the negative pressure side from flowing into the positive and negative pressure chambers. z Open the sampling valve (2) on the positive pressure side; introduce the measured medium into the positive and negative pressure chambers. Open the exhaust drain valve on the positive pressure side (5); remove the air in the pressure guiding tube. When the medium is liquid, close the valve when the liquid flows out. It is advisable to close the valve for 15 seconds. The balance valve is closed and the pressure in the metering chamber is almost "zero". Open the negative pressure measuring sampling valve and introduce the measuring medium on the negative pressure side to the negative pressure measuring chamber of the instrument. At this point, the valve group is put into normal operation.

Five-valve structure:
1. Operating valve on the negative pressure side
2. Operating valve on the positive pressure side
3. Balance valve of the measuring room
4. Exhaust discharge valve on the negative pressure side
5. Exhaust drain valve on the positive pressure side
Preparation before the valve is put into operation: All valves are required to be closed! (To avoid purging the pipeline impurities into the transmitter)

Five valve group installation use:
The five-valve group can be installed in horizontal pipelines. It must be ensured that the upstream holes are connected with the high and low pressure pipes of the system during installation. The downstream holes are connected with the differential pressure transmitter and cannot be installed upside down. The management system must be thoroughly flushed before installation to prevent the dirt from flowing into the needle valve group and the transmitter during the starting process, causing blockage of the pipeline and affecting the normal operation of the transmitter.
