Structural characteristics of high pressure solenoid valve
The high pressure electromagnetic valve is divided into two structural principles, which are direct and pilot. The three dimensional sealing structure of the leading design can be flexibly matched with different sealing materials, and the valve can reach zero leakage. The high pressure solenoid valve can be divided into two types: Brass solenoid valve and stainless steel solenoid valve.
Structural characteristics
Pilot diaphragm, maximum pressure 50bar
Compact design, beautiful appearance, low temperature rise, no noise, zero leakage.
Quick response, high frequency, reliable quality
If the medium contains impurities, the
filter must be installed before the valve (the screen is larger than 80 mesh / cm 2), and there is no solidification or crystal phenomenon.
Working principle
When the
coil is electrified, the lead valve is absorbed, the pilot hole is opened, the upper chamber pressure is unloaded, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower cavity and the solenoid valve opens; when the
coil is broken, the lead valve is reset by spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston throttle and the thrust of the reed spring, and the solenoid valve closes.
Normally open: when the
coil is energized, the pilot hole is closed, and the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston throttle and the thrust of the reset spring, and the electromagnetic valve is closed. When the
coil is cut off, the pilot valve core is reset by spring, the pilot hole is opened, the upper chamber of the valve is released, the piston is pushed by the medium pressure of the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened.
