The action time is from more than ten seconds to a few milliseconds. The new development of these technologies has completely replaced the original large and expensive two bit control fast cutting valve and pneumatic shutoff valve, electric shutoff valve, and can also replace the continuous conditioning of pneumatic and electric conditioning valves. Foreign textile, light industry, city construction and other industries have changed a lot of electromagnetic valves, and metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries are the first to use more and more solenoid valves in the auxiliary system. Domestic automation professionals have paid more and more attention to solenoid valves.

Unidirectional solenoid valves, combined solenoid valves and filtered solenoid valves have played a role in simplifying piping.

(3) simplify the wide gate structure and process solenoid valves are simple automatic control valves with simple principle and construction, but they need further simplification. The solenoid valves equipped with washing machines and refrigerators in household appliances are suitable for mass consumption in terms of their structure and technology. The common coil parts have been encapsulated by plastic to reduce the breakage of the lead wires, and at the same time, it is easy to complete waterproof, explosion-proof and other protective requirements. The valve body, valve cover and other parts have been used for precision casting, forging and other processes, and engineering plastic solenoid valves have also been listed in bulk. The domestic explosion-proof solenoid valve is not only flameproof, but also has a casting type and intrinsically safe type. High pressure and high temperature solenoid valves also show a simplified structure and process.
