If you want to use the electric ball valve for a longer time, you must know how to avoid it before you can avoid the failure and save the maintenance cost. Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to operate under normal work regulation, working environment, and reasonable corrosion data. Of course, the following points must also be noted:
First, learn to check the upper and lower pipelines of the electric ball valve and confirm that the pressure has been removed before the demolition can be performed.
Secondly, if you plan to clean the electric ball valve, you need to wait until the wall is cleaned before assembling. If you leave it aside for a long time, it will easily rust or be contaminated by dust;
Third, for the new parts on the ball valve, it is also necessary to do cleaning work before assembly;
Fourth, you need to use grease for lubrication. When it comes to grease, it can be compatible with different types of media such as rubber parts, ball valve metal materials, and plastic parts. There will be a layer of grease on the surface of the mounting groove of the seal, and a thin layer of grease will also be applied on the sealing surface and the friction surface of the valve stem.
Fifth, as for the individual parts that are disassembled, they can be washed by immersion washing. For non-decomposed non-metal parts, you can choose to use a clean silk soaked with cleaning product to scrub. It is worth noting that all dirt, dust, etc. stuck on the wall must be removed when cleaning.
Sixth, in the process of disassembly and reassembly, it is necessary to prevent damage to the sealing surface of the parts, especially non-metallic parts. Special tools are needed to remove the O-rings.
Seventh, after assembly, the bolts on the flange must be tightened and symmetrical;
Eighth, in the assembly process, there should not be any other impurities such as fibers, metals, grease, etc. It is easy for the electric ball valve to be contaminated. Once these impurities are attached to the surface of the part, it is easy to enter the inner cavity and affect the operation of the device.
Ninth, we must choose clean cleaning products, such as can be compatible with various components in the ball valve. If the device's working medium is gas, you can use gasoline to clean metal parts. If it is non-metallic, choose alcohol or purified water to scrub.
