Automatic lifter electromagnet application
An electromagnet with a built-in automatic presser footer is built into the housing to reduce the size of the machine and improve the integrity and aesthetics of the sewing machine. It is indeed an improvement in this aspect alone. However, there are many shortcomings from the perspective of technical analysis and application.
1. The design of the mechanism is unreasonable and the installation space is compact, which limits the volume of the electromagnet.
The size of the electromagnet is proportional to the capacity of the electromagnet. The electromagnet has a large volume and strength, whereas the electromagnet is small and small. In the built-in presser foot machine, the size of the electromagnet is not large enough and can not be increased. Since the electromagnet has a small volume and its strength value is about 4.8KG, the electromagnet uses a maximum strength value for a long time and the built-in space is compact, resulting in poor cooling of the electromagnet and serious heating of the electromagnet. 3. Inconvenient maintenance

4. Some machines also canceled the knee lift presser foot device
In order to emphasize the automatic lifting of the presser foot function, some machines have cancelled the knee lifter presser foot function.
