1. Valve body structure and sealing method
Slurry valves are divided into wafer-type and integral type, and the sandwich-type valve body seal adopts "U" type and "T" type composite structure with composite material configuration. Integral body seal adopts “O” type compound seal structure, which overcomes the disadvantages of the original “U” type cushion valve which is easy to displace and deform after being subjected to stress by force, and the medium leaks out. The gate plate adopts a knife-shaped structure, which solves the problems of mortar deposit and sealing grooves, lax valve closing, and external leakage.
