At the same time, the pipeline needs to withstand the weight of the ball valve, otherwise the pipeline must be installed with appropriate support;
Second, it is necessary to keep the pipelines clean and tidy and clean the welding slag, oil and other impurities in the pipeline.
Third, check the symbol of the electric ball valve to ensure that the ball valve is in an intact state, check the fully open and closed state of the valve, and prove that it is normal;
Fourth, dismantle the maintenance parts on the flanges of the two ends of the electric ball valve.
Fifth, look at the valve hole and remove the dirt from it. Remember to clean the valve hole. It should be noted that small particles between the valve seat and the ball can also cause damage to the valve seat sealing surface.
