Some components in the pneumatic control valve

If the pneumatic control valve can be far away from the control room, even if you do not have to go to the site, you can accurately know the position of the valve switch, it requires you to use the valve positioner before you use it. In other words, the displacement of the valve opening mechanism will be converted into an electrical signal according to the corresponding laws and sent to the control room. And this signal is a continuous signal that completely reflects any opening of the valve, even if it is the reverse action of the valve positioner.
Second, the solenoid valve
In fact, in the system to achieve the program or two control, the general will be equipped with solenoid valve. When selecting it, it is necessary to consider not only the AC/DC power supply, voltage, and frequency, but also the relationship between the solenoid valve and the action type of the regulating valve. Normally it will be normally open or normally closed.
Third, pneumatic relay
This belongs to the power amplifier, which will send the pressure signal to a relatively remote place. It can eliminate the lag caused by the lengthening of the signal pipeline. Therefore, it is generally used between a field transmitter or a regulating instrument in a central control room, or between a regulator and a field regulating valve. Another function is to amplify or reduce the signal.
This is an accessory in the industrial automation instrument, and its function is to be able to filter compressed air from the air compressor, and even stabilize the pressure directly at the required value. Of course, it can also be used in different types of pneumatic instruments, solenoid valves, cylinders, spray equipment, small pneumatic tools, gas supply source and regulator devices.
It can be used as a main accessory of a pneumatic actuator and it can be used together with an actuator. It is generally used to improve the valve position accuracy. Of course, it is also possible to overcome the influence of the frictional force of the valve stem and the media unbalanced force to ensure that the valve will truly achieve accurate positioning in accordance with the signal of the regulator.
