What are the specifications of Ricoh G6 and G5 nozzle electric secondary cartridge solenoid valve

First of all, let's look at the difference between Ricoh G6 and G5 nozzles
From the aspects of color block, small ink drop, ink supply, nozzle heat dissipation, matching ink, mechanical accuracy, ignition frequency and compatibility, the technical performance of Ricoh G6 and G5 nozzles are compared and discussed.
Color block effect:
Ricoh gen6 nozzle is named mh5320 (G6 for short). The ink drop has changed from 7pl of G5 to 5pl. The smaller the ink drop is, the more fine transition pattern is reflected. It has obvious improvement for improving the details of the pattern. When the basic ink drops become smaller, the large ink drops will also become smaller (from the original 21pl to 15pl), which will bring new problems to the color block printing. Under the same pass condition, compared with G5 nozzle, its coverage depth and uniformity will be slightly inferior. In practical application, it is found that the multi pass method is not linear effective for the nonuniformity of color patches on some devices, so it is not very effective to solve the problem of large color patches uniformity only by multi pass method.
Small drop effect:
Compared with large ink droplets, small ink droplets have higher flight speed loss rate in the air. With the same spacing, the positioning effect of small ink drops of G5 nozzle is better than that of G6 nozzle. Stereoscopically, G5 will feel better. Therefore, after using G6 nozzle, in order to get a good beautiful pattern, the distance between nozzle and medium needs to be smaller. After using the small ink drop, the air flow around the nozzle will also increase the impact on the drop position. Due to the small amount of ink drops, G6 nozzle is more prone to uneven printing than G5 nozzle in color block printing, which requires the improvement and optimization of mechanical accuracy and control accuracy to match this nozzle.
Ink supply effect:
For G5, when working at the maximum ignition frequency, the maximum amount of ink required per minute is about 33ml, while G6 will increase to 57ml. Therefore, whether the original ink supply system can meet this flow requirement and whether the pressure loss is still in a reasonable range should be checked and verified. Otherwise, when the ignition frequency increases, because the ink supply system does not work well, it is easy to break ink.
Nozzle heat dissipation:
When the ignition frequency of the piezoelectric chip increases, the heating of the nozzle itself will be more obvious, and the temperature rise in the nozzle will affect the normal printing quality. At the same time, the heat dissipation around the nozzle should be considered.
Ink matching:
The ignition frequency of G6 nozzle has been greatly improved. It is necessary to pay attention to whether its shear rate at high frequency still has Newtonian fluid characteristics. At present, most ink factories in the market only pay attention to the static viscosity and surface tension of UV ink, but do not do much research and test on the changes of these basic physical and chemical indexes of ink under dynamic and high-frequency conditions, which leads to a great difference in the maturity of ink compared with G5 nozzle.
Mechanical accuracy:
In order to achieve the ignition frequency of G6 nozzle 50K, if the accuracy of the car moving direction is 600dpi, the car moving speed will reach 2.1 m / s. When moving at such a high speed, it will bring higher mechanical requirements.
When the pattern quality is the general requirement, the ratio of the car movement and the drop of ink drops should be at least 1:4, while the drop speed of the actual G6 nozzle is about 6-7 M / s when it is 1 mm away from the nozzle. To meet this requirement, we can only choose the horizontal movement speed of 720dpi to print, while the ratio of the horizontal and vertical speed is less than 1:4 when we choose 600dpi, At this time, the printing quality will decline a lot.
Of course, customers can still choose when the requirements are not high. At the same time, for the car with high moving speed, the acceleration area should not be too large. At this time, the acceleration can only be increased. When the acceleration is greater than 1G, it is challenging for the stability of the ink supply system. Therefore, to improve the speed of the car, and do not let the pressure fluctuation in the ink supply path too large, the pressure fluctuation absorption device should be added in the ink supply system to reduce the pressure mutation on the ink supply path At the same time, the accuracy and anti fluctuation ability of the negative pressure system should be further improved.
Ignition frequency selection:
If you want G6 nozzle to work stably and efficiently, you must find a suitable ignition frequency point. After repeated tests, at present, the ignition frequency point of about 35K is a stable printing frequency point. But if we want to increase the ignition frequency, the speed of the ink drops will fluctuate, which needs to adjust and optimize the ink supply system and machinery.
Ink compatible:
Compared with G5 nozzle, the compatibility of G6 nozzle for UV ink, reactive ink, coating ink and disperse ink has been greatly improved, which can meet the needs of a wider range of industry users.
