Therefore, to ensure the normal use of solenoid valve, we must pay attention to:
1. When the solenoid valve is put into operation again after it is installed or after a long period of deactivation, it must be tested with the medium several times before it can be used after it is working properly.
2. When the steam valve is put into operation again after it has been disabled for a long time, the condensate should be drained and tested several times before being put into operation.
3. Before maintenance and repair, must cut off the power, remove the media pressure.
4. Solenoid valve coil assembly should not be disassembled.
5. When the solenoid valve is opened for cleaning, solutions such as kerosene, trichloroethylene, etc. may be used. However, it should be noted that the rubber parts may swell, so the rubber parts must be replaced.
6. When the cleaning is disassembled, the parts should be placed in order to restore the installation.
