Internally threaded Y-shaped forged steel globe valves are available in three bonnet designs. The first is a bolt-type bonnet. A valve designed according to this design has a valve body connected to the bonnet with a bolt and nut, and a wound gasket (made of 316 flexible graphite) to seal it. Metal rings can also be used when customers have special requirements. The second design form is a welded bonnet. For a valve designed in this form, the valve body and the bonnet are screw-connected and fully welded. Customers can also use all-weld two connections when special requirements. The third type is a pressure self-tightening bonnet. In this type of valve, the valve body and the bonnet are connected by a thread, and the internal pressure is sealed by a self-sealing ring.
