Selection, installation and use of electric control valve
The electric butterfly valve in real life has been widely used. The electric butterfly valve is usually formed by the electric actuator and the butterfly valve through a mechanical connection.

The installation position, height, and direction of the entrance and exit must meet the design requirements. Note that the direction of the medium flow should be consistent with the arrow direction of the valve body, and the connection should be firm and tight. Before the electric butterfly valve is installed, an appearance inspection must be performed. The nameplate of the valve shall comply with the current national standard "General Valve Marking". For valves with a working pressure greater than 1.0 MPa and a shut-off effect on the main pipe, strength and tightness tests shall be carried out before installation. In the strength test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the duration is not less than 5 minutes. The valve housing and the packing should have no leakage as qualified. Electric adjustment butterfly valve can be divided into offset plate type, vertical plate type, inclined plate type and lever type according to the structural form. According to the sealed form, it can be divided into two types, a relatively sealed type and a hard sealed type. Soft seals are generally rubber ring seals, and hard seals are usually metal ring seals.
