Hard soft magnetic alloy high temperature how to deal with
Carbide is sintered at a certain temperature through a protective gas. If the alloy is heated at a temperature above the sintering temperature and placed in a protective atmosphere, the volume of the cemented carbide will swell, and as the boiled metal drill will liquefy and boil, the volume of the alloy will become loose and porous and hard. The alloys become extremely friable and can be broken and ground to obtain the same tungsten carbide and bond metal mixture as the original hard alloy. The principle of the high-temperature treatment method lies in the use of a special high-temperature furnace, and at a sintering temperature of more than 900° C. which is much greater than that of the hard alloy, the hard-bodied metal is disassembled from the expanded alloy structure. The hard alloy regenerated raw material obtained by this process has been treated at a high temperature, and trace amounts of other metal and non-metallic impurities and harmful gases originally contained have been removed, and the tungsten carbide crystal grains have become significantly longer and coarser, and the intragranular defects have been reduced. The structure and properties of the alloy have also been improved, so it has better mechanical properties and a longer service life.
