How to install and use electromagnetic stainless steel

1, before installation should refer to the product's instructions, whether it meets your use requirements.
2. Before the pipeline is used, it should be flushed. If the medium is not clean, a filter should be installed to prevent impurities from obstructing the normal operation of the electromagnetic stainless steel.
3, electromagnetic stainless steel is generally one-way work, can not be reversed, the arrow on the valve is the direction of movement of the pipeline fluid must be consistent.
4. Electromagnetic stainless steel is generally installed at the valve body level, and the coil is vertically upwards. Some products can be installed arbitrarily, but it is best to be vertical when conditions permit, so as to increase the service life.
5. Electromagnetic stainless steel should be heat-treated when it is re-worked in an icing site, or insulation measures should be provided.
6. After the electromagnetic coil lead-out wire (connector) is connected, it should be confirmed whether it is firm, and the contacts of the connecting electrical components should not be shaken. The looseness will cause the electromagnetic stainless steel to not work.
7. Electromagnetic stainless steel, which is to be continuously used for production, is preferably bypassed to facilitate overhaul and does not affect production.
8. Electromagnetic stainless steel after a long period of decommissioning shall be used after the condensate has been discharged. When the parts are disassembled and washed, the parts shall be placed in order and then restored to the original condition.
