Electromagnetic stainless steel static inspection
The static check is to measure the resistance value of electromagnetic stainless steel when the ignition switch is OFF. As shown in the figure, use the tip of the multimeter to connect with the pin of electromagnetic stainless steel to observe the resistance value displayed on the screen of the instrument. If the value is greater than the rated value, it indicates the electromagnetic stainless steel. Coil aging; if the value below the rated value indicates the short circuit between coils; if it is infinite, it indicates that the electromagnetic stainless steel coil is open. These conditions indicate that the electromagnetic stainless steel has failed and must be replaced.
Electromagnetic stainless steel dynamic inspection
Dynamic inspection refers to the actual working process of simulating electromagnetic stainless steel. A certain pressure is used instead of oil pressure. Through continuous artificial excitation of electromagnetic stainless steel, it is checked whether the movement of the stainless steel core of electromagnetic stainless steel is smooth and the sealability is good. Air gun is used to apply a certain air pressure to the working oil hole of the electromagnetic stainless steel through the conical rubber head. Press the control switch so that the electromagnetic stainless steel is repeatedly turned on and off. Observe the flow variation of the gas flow at the drain outlet. If the air flow is always present, it shows that the electromagnetic Stainless steel is poorly sealed; if there is no air flow, electromagnetic stainless steel jams stuck; if the air flow is broken, the electromagnetic stainless steel occasionally stuck; if the air flow changes with the action of electromagnetic stainless steel, stainless steel is normal.
Electromagnetic stainless steel thermal inspection
The first two inspections cannot completely explain the problem. A large number of maintenance examples have proved that some electromagnetic stainless steels are abnormal and unsatisfactory when they enter the hot working conditions when the first two inspections are all normal. There are some strange faults that make maintenance work difficult. The thermal inspection refers to the set temperature that can be achieved when simulating the normal operation of the automatic transmission. The heating device such as a hot air fan or other oil or electricity is used to artificially heat the electromagnetic stainless steel to its normal working temperature, and then apply resistance thereto. And dynamic pressure test, if the inspection results are normal at this time, it means there is no problem with the electromagnetic stainless steel; if the performance is abnormal, it must be replaced without mercy.
