In the industrial field, high precision is required, which is realized by using a high precision measuring system. Abp-antrieb stechnik manufactures and supplies the right components. Our new inhouse-produced spring rotary encoder mounting bracket DHAF completes the product range of Abp-antrieb stechnik rotary encoder accessories. After successfully introducing the measuring wheel in 500 years with a circumference of 500 mm, only one thing is missing: a suitable mounting bracket. ABP's high level of quality measurement wheels have proven its worth by an aluminum core and 4 different surface structures, and in a very short time, the “measuring wheel” was successfully established on the market (see article). The new rotary encoder mounting bracket (see figure) is provided with a mounting plate with 6 holes arranged in a 60° grid pattern (48 mm pitch circle diameter). In contrast, the great advantage of this arrangement is the assembly of the rotary encoder.
