When the water film flows from one filler to the next through the contact point, the water in the inner layer of the water film turns to the surface layer, and the water originally in the surface layer turns into the inner layer, so that The gas diffusion speed in the water is reduced, the oxygen release time is shortened, and the deoxidation efficiency is greatly improved.
